BASE Training is back at Seddon Fields for a 6 week block this summer - perfect to get you ready to kick off in great shape for the season.
Balance and strength exercise training have been shown to reduce injuries and improve performance in recreational and competitive footballers. All sessions are an hour long and include the FIFA 11+ warm up, and then half hour of exercises and cardiovascular fitness drills.
The programme is designed to work all major muscle groups that we use for football. It is fun, challenging and tailor made to ensure all levels are able to work hard and get the most from the boot camp style programme.
This block will also be perfect for people who have had an injury and are wanting to return to football this season.
