A new club constitution which complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 was adopted by members at a Special General Meeting held on 28 July 2024.

The new constitution was subsequently registered with the Incorporated Societies Registrar and details how the club is run and sets out the club’s purpose, what it does and how it operates.

At the Club AGM on 22 April 2026, members approved a minor change to the constitution.
