Based on implementing the 2024 and 2025 Women & Girls Plans, feedback from a Women & Girls survey issued in September 2025, and anecdotal feedback the Women & Girls Working Group developed a 2026 Women & Girls Plan that outlines initiatives that will be delivered in 2026 to further improve the Women & Girls experience at Springs. Priorities for 2026 include:
● Keep doing what we’re doing and build on the momentum created by initiatives delivered as part of the 2024 and 2025 Women & Girls Plans.
● Develop a Coach Development plan for the 2026 season that will better support our coaches and help to further improve coaching quality.
● Enhance pathways for key transition ages (i.e. U11+, U16+).
