AGM NOMINATIONS & SUBMISSIONS
All Executive Board nominations, Notices of Motion and General Business should be submitted using the online form (or a form can be obtained from the Club Secretary by emailing exec-secretary@wsafc.org.nz).
Nominations and submissions for the AGM close at 5pm, Wednesday 30 April 2025.
AGM VOTING INFORMATION
In accordance with the Western Springs AFC Constitution (2024), the following members are entitled to one (1) vote each:
- Senior Playing Member: Any person 18 years of age or over.
- Non-Player Member: Any person 18 years of age or over who is elected or appointed as an Executive Board Member or Committee Member, a junior/youth grade coordinator, coach or manager of the Club.
- Guardian Member: Any person who is a parent or guardian of a Junior/Youth Player Member.
No proxy or postal votes will be accepted.
NOTICES
Nominations and submissions will be emailed to all members prior to the AGM.
