Based on implementing the 2024 Women & Girls Plan, feedback from the February 2024 club-wide survey, feedback from a Women & Girls survey issued in October 2024, and anecdotal feedback the Women & Girls Working Group has developed a 2025 Women & Girls Plan that outlines initiatives that will be delivered in 2025 to further improve the Women & Girls experience at Springs.
