Based on implementing the 2024 Women & Girls Plan, feedback from the February 2024 club-wide survey and anecdotal feedback, the Women & Girls Working Group has developed a draft 2025 Women & Girls Plan that outlines initiatives that will be delivered in 2025 to further improve the female experience at Springs. An opportunity to review the draft plan has been provided to the Executive Board, Junior and Senior Committees, staff, all women’s teams and selected individuals who have expressed interest in Women & Girls initiatives.
