NRF Equity Charter

The Equity Charter and associated support is designed to create long term culture change within football club environments to provide more inclusive environments that will be better for everyone involved in the game.

The 2024 NRF Equity Charter Report for WSAFC has been developed for WSAFC by NRF and provides valuable insights into the progress made so far to implement the Equity Charter guidelines. This report has been designed to highlight key findings from the evaluation process so we can develop and validate ideas and highlight which action plan areas need most focus. This first summary report also gives baseline data of where our Club is now and will enable measurem ent of the impact for the Club as actions are put in place over time.
