BASE TRAINING (on field - can accommodate small or large groups)

Football specific group training which targets improved basic football fitness, balance and agility, mixed with fun football specific skill and conditioning drills.

 

SPEED TRAINING (on field - can accommodate private, small or large groups)

Football specific speed coaching, incorporating tailored plans to improve running technique, speed and mobility.

 

POWER TRAINING (gym based and on field - best suited to private or small groups)

Football specific explosive power coaching, incorporating customised plans to improve explosive strength, off the mark quickness and reaction times.

STRENGTH & REHAB TRAINING (gym based - best suited to private sessions, can also be booked privately at suitable times)

Football specific strength coaching, incorporating bespoke training plans to target strength conditioning tailored to improved football performance and injury prevention. The rehab sessions are scheduled and planned in conjunction with the Physio team at Back To Your Feet Physiotherapy

 

PRICING:

The best benefit for any player/athlete looking to take advantage of this customised training would be to commit to a medium term period of time, so I have put together “package deal” options below the private/per session rates:

PRIVATE ONE ON ONE SESSION (1 to 3 players): $110 per person per session

SMALL GROUP (4 to 8): $35 per person per session

LARGE GROUPS (9+): $15 per person per session

PACKAGE DEALS (we will need to lock in specific training blocks as we have already done with the current base training mornings):

 PRIVATE SESSION: $1100 per person for 12 sessions (2 free) to be used within a 3 month period

 SMALL GROUPS (Speed or power programme): $300 per person for a 5 week block of 2 sessions per week (save $50)

 LARGE GROUPS (Speed or base training programme): $250 per person for a 10 week block of 2 sessions per week (save $50)
