Duties

• Arrive at the clubrooms by 8:30am
  Greet all POD Coordinators and hand them their cards (the football development team will have all the cards and bibs ready for you to hand out, and a list for you to tick off who has collected).

• Set your phone alarm to the following times and be ready to toot the hooter at each alarm.

9:00am Activity 1
9:07am Activity 2
9:14am Activity 3
9:21am Activity 4

9:28am Drinks Break

9:30am Game 1
9:40am Game 2

9:50am Final hooter

• Collect the activity cards and bibs from the POD Coordinators

If for any reason your team is unable to provide a person to operate the hooter please advise as soon as possible (coordinator2017@wsafc.org.nz) The operation of the hooter is very important not only to ensure the activity and game rotations run smoothly but also to ensure that the schedule is kept to prevent interference with games scheduled to play on the turf after us.
