MANAGER’S MEETING

• We will not hold a Managers’ Meeting as such, but Team Managers should visit Tournament HQ (upstairs in the Clubrooms) prior to their first match on Saturday, to ensure that there are no final instructions or updates for participation.

WSAFC APP

• All necessary Tournament information will be available / posted on the Western Springs AFC App. Please encourage all interested parties to download it via iTunes and Google Play

FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS

• The WSAFC Café will be open throughout the tournament selling hot and cold drinks and snacks.
• The Club bar and kitchen will be open from 1pm each day.

FACILITIES

Please respect the artificial turf rules at all times:

• Only artificial turf footwear should be worn on Fields 1 and 2 (no metal studs).
• Please ensure footwear is cleaned on the brushes at each gate before stepping onto the turf.
• No food allowed on the turf.
• Only water allowed on the turf – no other beverages are permitted.
• Access to the turf is limited to players, coaches, managers, referees, linespeople, medics and tournament organisers.

No BBQs allowed:
Please support the food options provided by Western Springs through team fundraising and local businesses.

Landfill/recycling/composting bins onsite:
Please support us by using the correct bins as we aim to minimise waste.

PHYSIOS

• Back to your Feet Physiotherapy will be on site throughout the tournament. The Physio is located upstairs in the Clubhouse, through the door at the zoo end of the balcony.

GAZEBOS

• These can be set up along Field 3 (near side) and Field 4 (near side). There will not be any overnight security, so we recommend you take down any team gazebos overnight and place them in one of our changing rooms.

PARKING

• Parking is not permitted in the yellow emergency access areas in the main carpark, or in the coned-off area at the clubroom end of the carpark.
• Other parking is available in the upper and lower carparks behind the clubrooms, accessed from Motions Road adjacent to Western Springs College. Note that this is paid Council carparking.
• Please drive carefully in all areas around Seddon Fields, as there will be lots of vehicles and Please note the pedestrian crossing once you turn into the main WSAFC car park, and observe the 5KPH speed limit in all car parks for the safety of everybody.

SPECTATORS

• All supporters should watch turf field games from behind the fence.
• All supporters should watch grass field games from behind the rope surrounding the field.

RESPECT

• It is a priority that players, coaches, referees and supporters are respectful at all times - to themselves, each other and the facilities.
• Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and it is the responsibility of all to manage this.
• Referees are advised to ask any misbehaving players, coaches or spectators to move away from the playing area. Western Springs AFC does not tolerate any type of abuse.
