GAME DAY FORMAT

• This will be a game day, run in the same way as previous ones this season, that introduces players/teams to using the medium size goals (4x2m) in 5v5 games.  
• All players will use these goals in 2026 and with the bigger goals there will usually be more goals while teams can have goalkeepers (rotating it if they want).
• The fields will be set up as usual in the same spaces but will have a medium goal at one end and a mini goal at one end.  Teams will be able to gain some experience attacking and defending a bigger goal.

TIMINGS

• 4:30 - any activity with a ball that the coach chooses to run with own team
• 4:36 - GAME 1 - Bib up half team and play against half of opposing team - swap ends after 7 mins
• 4:51 - Drinks
• 4:53 - GAME 2 - Bib up half team and play against half of opposing team - swap ends after 7 mins
• 5:08 - Drinks
• 5:10 - GAME 3 - Bib up half team and play against half of opposing team - swap ends after 7 mins
• 5:25 - finish
