- 4:30 - any activity with a ball that the coach chooses to run with own team
- 4:37 - Bib up half team
- 4:39 - Game 1 (play against half of opposing team)
- 4:53 - Drinks
- 4:55 - Game 2 (play against other half of oppoosing team)
- 5:09 - Drinks
- 5:11 - Game 3 (play against other half of own team)
- 5:25 - finish
