Statement regarding Ryan Faithfull - Head of Women's Football

Western Springs AFC is announcing that the Head of Women’s Football Ryan Faithfull is moving on from the Club.

Club Chairman Grant Ramsay thanked Ryan for his contribution to Western Springs AFC where he coached the Women’s Premier team through to second place in each of the last 2 years in the NRFL Womens Premier League and to the final of last year’s Womens National League.

"At the beginning of this season the club reviewed our goals, and it has now become apparent that we have different views on the approach to the Girls’ and Women’s program. The time is right for the Club and Ryan to pursue new directions.

I want to thank Ryan for his service over the past 2-3 years and wish him well for his next project.”

The club will provide further updates on arrangements for taking the Girls’ and Women’s program forward.
