2025 has been another fantastic year for Women & Girls at Springs! 

We’ve seen an increase of 15% in our female playing numbers and an increase of 12% in the number of female teams. Our popular Girls Hub for grade 8-10 players on a Friday night has also grown by 30%, with more teams registered this year than ever before.
One of the targets in NRF’s Gender Equity Plan is to have 40% women in leadership and governance roles at club level. Following the May AGM, there have been a number of changes to the make-up of our Executive Board and Committees, and we’re proud to exceed this target and now have 42% female representation across our Executive Board, Senior and Junior Committees and staff.
