National League draw - WSAFC start at home

The full ixtures list have been announced for the men’s and women’s Dettol National League Championship 2025, New Zealand top-tier domestic football competition, kicking off this month including both Western Springs AFC Men's and Women's Premier teams.

Ten regional qualifiers and federation sides will make up the women’s competition: reigning champions Auckland United, Canterbury United Pride, Central Football, Eastern Suburbs, first time qualifier’s CF Petone, Southern United, Wellington Phoenix Reserves, CF Wellington United, West Coast Rangers, and Western Springs. 

The men’s competition will have 11 teams for the first time: 2024 winner’s Auckland City FC, newcomers Auckland FC, Auckland United, Birkenhead United, Christchurch United, Coastal Spirit, Miramar Rangers, Wellington Olympic, Wellington Phoenix Reserves, Western Springs, and Western Suburbs. 

Both competitions get underway on 27/28September with the women’s sides battling to make it to the Grand Final on the weekend of 29/30 November. 

With 11 teams in the men’s competition, the league will operate with a bye round, meaning the Grand Final will be held on 13 or 14 December. 

Western Springs kick off Sunday 28 September with the men playing Western Suburbs at Seddon Fields at midday and the WSAFC women's team against Wellington United at 3pm the same afternoon
