Junior Season is Kicking Off!!

The 2025 Junior football season at Western Springs AFC kicks off this weekend, and there’s an exciting buzz in the air as we prepare to launch the season under the Friday night lights! 

It’s always a special moment when our young players step out onto the pitch, full of energy, enthusiasm, and the love of the game. With the fields ready and teams eager to take the field, we can’t wait to see the magic unfold as we begin another unforgettable season of football. 

Whether you're a returning player or this is the first time that you'll wear the famous green and white hoops, we're delighted to call you part of the Springs whanau.  

We know the importance of sport, in particular football, and the pivotal role it plays within our community. Uniting players from many different cultures and backgrounds, a love of football is shared amongst them in a safe and positive environment. Playing the beautiful game is about more than just winning, it's about wonderful moments with your team mates and building life-long friendships on and off the field. We look forward to watching the players giving it their all, growing in confidence on the field and hearing the unwavering support from parents on the sideline.  

Whatever your dreams and ambitions are - from playing in the WSL for the Arsenal Women's Team to representing the All Whites, or simply enjoying a game in the park with your pals, we're thrilled that you have chosen WSAFC to start your journey.
