NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given of the Special General Meeting of the Western Springs Association FootballClub Incorporated (the Club).
The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to approve and adopt the proposed new Clubconstitution, presented to this meeting, which complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022(the New Act) (the Proposed WSAFC Constitution).

• Time: 7:00 – 8:00pm
• Location: Western Springs Clubrooms

AGENDAApproval and adoption of the Proposed WSAFC Constitution, which complies with the New Act andwhich will take effect on the date of the Club’s reregistration under the New Act.
The Junior/Youth, Senior, and Executive Committees have all provided feedback on the ProposedWSAFC Constitution, and Club members were also invited to provide feedback by completing anonline form or attending drop-in sessions.

The Executive Committee would like to acknowledge and thank PwC Legal for the pro bono legalservices provided to the Club to ensure the Proposed WSAFC Constitution is legally compliant withthe New Act.
SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING VOTING INFORMATIONUnder the current constitution, Playing and Ordinary Members 17 years or over are entitled to one(1) vote:

• Playing Member: Any player over the age of 17 who has paid their annual subscription.
• Ordinary Member: A non-playing member who is elected or appointed as a committee

Under the current constitution, parents or guardians of a Junior/Youth Member under the age of17 are not entitled to vote, unless they are also a committee member, team manager or coach.This is one of the key changes under the Proposed WSAFC Constitution.
