Women & Girls Plan – 2024 wrap up

Since our last update in October we have seen more success in the Women & Girls space with our Women’s Premier Team finishing in the top 4 in National League and our U17 team getting to the semi-finals of the U17 National Tournament held at Springs, only to be beaten in a close game by Fencibles.

Through the 2024 Women & Girls Plan almost 50 initiatives have been delivered to improve the female experience at Springs - please see the 2024 Women & Girls Plan page on our website for details of what has been delivered during 2024.

A very big thank you to all those who completed our Women & Girls survey in October / November  - please see 2024 Women & Girls Plan – Survey Summary Results for a summary of your survey feedback. Your feedback is invaluable, thank you, and where appropriate has been incorporated into our 2025 Women & Girls Plan.

2025 is already looking like it will be another cracker year in the Women & Girls space – please see the 2025 Women & Girls Plan page on our website for more details on the exciting initiatives we will be taking on in 2025!
