Women and Girls Plan Update

2024 has started very well in the Women and Girls Plan space! This year so far we've: 

• Seen increased numbers of female player,registration including 2 new Senior women's teams and an additional 4 youth Academy/Development teams
• Launched a Friday night U8/U9 'girls hub' to provide these age groups with a girls only in-house playing option
• All Girls Academy and Development Teams have a female Head Coach
• Run very successful and well attended girls holiday program days in January and April school holidays
• Held an excellent talk with former Football Fern Bex Sowden providing tips to keep our girls playing sports
• Have free sanitary products now on offer in the upstairs club room toilets
• Seen the tennis table and bean bag space in the clubrooms continue to get great use
