WSAFC first NRF club to achieve accreditation
Western Springs AFC is delighted to announce that we have become the first club in the Northern Regional Football area to be awarded the Xero Together Stronger accreditation from New Zealand Football.
This nationally recognised programme supports clubs in achieving accreditation by demonstrating a commitment to best practices and sustainability.
The programme provides resources and support to help clubs develop strong governance structures and leadership, ensuring that they are well-run and sustainable.
This accreditation further strengthens our commitment to delivering the WSAFC Club Strategy and fulfilling our strategic pillar of being an effective and sustainable football club.
As a result of this accreditation, WSAFC has also been provided with a potentially lifesaving Automated External Defibrillator (AED), a portable electronic medical device used to treat sudden cardiac arrest.
We would like to thank NRF and NZF for their support and guidance through this process and look forward to continuing to providing a positive sporting experience for our members here at Seddon Fields!
