WSAFC launch Love Your Club Campaign

Our aspirational WSAFC Club Strategy (2025–2030) outlines our ambition to provide excellent fields, facilities, and equipment for our members. With this ambition comes a shared responsibility for everyone to care for, maintain, and preserve our valued club facilities in the best possible condition.

To support this, we have launched the Love Your Club Campaign for the remainder of May with a call to action for all members to play their part in keeping Seddon Fields tidy and well-maintained.

We’ve placed plenty of recycling, rubbish, and organic bins around the club, clearly signposted across the playing fields and inside our clubrooms, to make it easy for everyone to dispose of waste responsibly.

This campaign also focuses on the upkeep and tidiness of our lost property area, changing rooms, and, of course, our turf playing fields, which are vital to ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our nearly 3,000-strong membership.

We ask all members to help by picking up any rubbish they see on the ground, on the turf, or around our facilities.

Keep an eye out for more exciting initiatives in the coming weeks as we continue working toward our goal of becoming New Zealand’s leading community football club.
